One purpose, three ways of living it.
I'm an Australian entrepreneur, healer and author. My family relocated from Chile to Australia when I was three and a half years old, so I learned early what it means to make a new place home. Perhaps that's why everything I've built since comes back to one belief: people thrive when they find where they truly belong.
As Founder and Managing Director of MOR. Healthcare, I've spent more than 20 years helping thousands of nurses and allied health professionals, from the UK to Australia, find their dream roles. As the healer behind Respira, I work with my ancestors and with yours to release what is not serving you. And as an author, I write and illustrate books that help children feel seen, safe and unafraid.
I opened my agency in 2015 and built it single-handedly from home while raising my two children, and every venture since has grown from that same heart. Different rooms, same purpose. Every placement, every session and every page comes back to belonging.

My career spans more than 20 years in healthcare recruitment across the UK and Australia. In England I recruited international nurses from Spain, Portugal and South Africa. Back home, I worked for some of the big agencies until 2015, when I opened my own, building it single-handedly from home while raising my two children.
A healthcare recruitment agency providing permanent recruitment across Nursing and Allied Health, Australia-wide. We built our foundations in nursing and have opened up to Allied Health in recent years, alongside a Labour Hire division in Victoria specialising in NDIS, community access, mental health and Aged Care.
Over the last four years I've built a team I'm truly proud of: senior recruiters who share one vision, empowering people's careers and lives while strengthening Australia's healthcare workforce. One day we'll be the ones using these services, so we treat people the way we'd like to be treated. That's how we see things, every day.

Respira, Spanish for “breathe”, is my holistic healing practice. I'm a South American healer, guided by my bloodline and ancestral lineage, with a deep spiritual connection to Egypt. My work is intuitive and led by your soul's needs in the moment, drawing on energy clearing, breathwork, sound healing and channelled spiritual connection.

A session rooted in the wisdom of my South American lineage and ancient Egypt, using sound, energetic transmission and hands-on techniques to release blockages and restore harmony.
Soul Healing Reading
A sacred space where spirit, source and your higher self come forward. Sessions may include mediumship, energetic insights, light energy work and spiritual guidance.
The Hallway of Stars
A gentle, non-scary illustrated chapter book for ages 8 to 11, written for kids who sense things at night and feel afraid or alone. I wrote it for my own two children, and for every child who has ever needed to hear that they are not the only one.

Thirteen chapters, fourteen hand-drawn illustrations, and back matter for both kids and grown-ups, including a child's note and a tools page. The first in a planned five-book series exploring animal guides, meditation, free will and abundance. Always warm, always grounded.
