My Story
Javiera’s story began in Santiago, Chile, where she was born before moving to Australia with her family in 1987. Raised in Melbourne, she now proudly calls Bendigo, Victoria, home. Her experiences as a migrant gave her a unique perspective and deep empathy for those navigating the challenges of moving to a new country, shaping her commitment to helping others find their footing in unfamiliar places.
In 2005, Javiera moved to London, where she began her career in international nursing recruitment. Working with nurses from countries like the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and South Africa, she witnessed the transformative impact of a supportive relocation process. Seeing the gratitude and dedication of those she helped inspired her to expand her work, ultimately fueling her mission to make migration a more seamless and empowering experience.
Returning to Melbourne in 2011, Javiera continued to make a difference in healthcare recruitment, partnering with some of the industry’s largest agencies. But it was in 2015, when she founded MOR. Healthcare, that her vision truly took shape. Through MOR. Healthcare, she has created a path for international nurses to fulfill their dreams of working and building new lives in Australia while addressing critical healthcare shortages. Today, her work has expanded further with MOR. Relocation, a dedicated hub that supports individuals and families in their migration journey, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and empowered as they start anew.
Yet, Javiera’s journey of transformation didn’t stop with business. In 2022, a life-changing accident became a turning point, one that reconnected her with a part of herself she had long suppressed. Since childhood, she had felt a deep spiritual connection but had learned to push it aside. The stillness and reflection that followed her accident reignited this side of her, leading her back to her innate gifts as a medium, channeller, and light healer.
Now, alongside her businesses, Javiera embraces her ability to support others not just in relocation, but in lifting their frequency, clearing emotional and ancestral blockages, and connecting with the spiritual realm. She believes success isn’t just about professional achievements, it’s about alignment, healing, and stepping into one’s highest potential.
